Some apps downloaded on Google Play scam

Experts show that where Google is, applications charge users 200 euros or more with a free trial promise.

There are many warnings about applications with harmful content for smartphones, but this is one of the highest costs. Malicious applications identified by experts, applications that perform basic tasks such as QR code reader, calculator, compass. The detected applications do not contain any malicious code. So if you install it on your mobile device, it doesn't do any harm to your device, but the problem is bigger than that.

HOW TO APPLY SCAMS?

When the application is installed on the phone, you are asked if you want to use a free monthly premium subscription. When this notification is displayed, no information is available on the premium subscription fee. You can use this one-month free trial and assume that your subscription is terminated when you uninstall the application before the time expires. But that's not the case. After one month's free trial, you will be charged 200 euro (1,200 TL) or more. This fee is charged to you from your credit card or through an automatic payment method you have defined in the Play Store.

Many of the detected applications have been removed from Google Play, but an app that is a QR code reader still works in the Play Store.
